  • Annual Subscription: I authorize CreateCodeLoad to charge the displayed amount today. My subscription will renew automatically at $495 each year unless I cancel before my renewal date. Any introductory or coupon discount applies only to the first annual payment unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Cancellation: I may cancel at any time through the Billing page in my account to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of my current paid subscription period, and I will retain access until that date.
  • Teacher License: This subscription provides a nontransferable license for one named teacher and that teacher’s currently enrolled students. Login credentials, animations, guided notes, teacher materials, and other protected content may not be shared with other educators, posted publicly, resold, or redistributed. Guided notes may be copied and distributed only to the licensed teacher’s own students.
  • Classroom Use: I may display the curriculum to my own students and distribute guided notes and other materials specifically designated as student handouts. I may retain and continue using downloaded student handouts after my subscription ends. Online access to animations, updates, teacher support, and all other subscription-only content ends when my subscription expires.
  • Unit 10 Guarantee: The complete AP Calculus AB curriculum and BC Units 1–9 are currently available. Unit 10 will be added by October 1, 2026. For purchases completed before October 1, 2026, if Unit 10 is not available by that date, I may request a refund of my initial subscription payment by October 31, 2026.
  • Refunds: Except under the Unit 10 Guarantee above or where required by law, subscription payments are nonrefundable. Cancellation does not entitle me to a refund or prorated credit for the current subscription period.
  • Ownership: All curriculum content remains the intellectual property of CreateCodeLoad. Purchasing a subscription grants classroom-use rights only and does not transfer ownership of the materials.
